Issues: National Security Defense Foreign Aid Veterans

As a retired military officer with sons in the military I know how disruptive war is. As your Congressman I will support legislation aimed at further decreasing our military presence in hostilities in the Middle East. I would also reevaluate the recipients of foreign aid and support legislation cutting U. S. foreign aid for counties who threaten our interests domestically or abroad. With the money saved from decreasing these commitments I would also support appropriation to strengthen security at our embassies in hostile regions as well as increase veterans' benefits.
